Membership Scheduling

Important: Please make sure you are booking sessions under the correct membership associated with your account. Each membership has specific access and scheduling permissions—booking outside of your membership may result in cancellation or additional charges.

Plan ahead. Stay consistent. Lock in your spot.

  • Book in advance. Secure your preferred time slots early and build a consistent training routine that fits your schedule.

  • Choose one time block per day that fits your schedule. Your selected times can stay the same each day or vary day-to-day based on your availability.

    • Keep the same time each session for maximum consistency

    • Or adjust times throughout the week if your schedule requires flexibility

    • The goal is to lock in three quality sessions each week

  • This creates structure, progression, and accountability within the program

  • Limited capacity per block. Each session is capped to maintain a high-quality training environment.
    Once a time block is full, scheduling closes — no overcrowding, no drop-ins.
